e2pdf you must set item to use visual mapper

Is the “Item” dropdown doesn’t contain any options to select when you try to set it via “Options”? https://prnt.sc/wYVAZ7sFwaLo

If yes, do you try to use it with some form plugin or wordpress page / post type? If form plugin – can you let us know with which?
