Install instructions out of date.

The guy that usually configures SES left, he did leave a comprehensive guide. But he Amazon SES dashboard changed.
The plugin has instructions but these are also out of date.
Especially under “Create an IAM User”This paired with the unverified bug has really shaked our confidence in this setup.
Aside form fixing the unverified bug, can you also update the instructions?

The unverified bug is already fixed in version 1.6.1. Kindly upgrade to the latest version of the plugin.
As for the outdated plugin instructions, we have reported this internally for review and further consideration.
