Add user attributes to the magic_login_mail_message filter

Thanks for a great plugin!

I made a minor modification to be able to customize the login message more. By passing $email and $unique_url as additional parameters in the magic_login_mail_message filter it is possible to further customize the message and even include user data like first and last name without relying on hacky str_replace solutions.

Could this be included in the plugin? I think it would be very useful.

It’s probably good to include the $email parameter in the magic_login_mail_subject filter as well to allow for some personalization.
