JSON structure from Contact Form 7

    I’m trying to send the contact form 7 data to salesforce via webhook. When testing, I checked the CF7 to any API logs for the Submitted Data format so I know how to handle it in Salesforce. But when the data reaches salesforce the format is different, it becomes a flat structure. Is there a way that the data as displayed in the Logs Submitted Data column be sent as is to the API endpoint? The form can have multiple entries in one section.
