It’s not fair for you to write this. In fact you created the account solely and exclusively to write it. I knew you had no experience with free plugins but I didn’t think you would write this.
You have no idea the damage you do to a free project, where you work selflessly for the community an opinion of this type, which has no reason.
The facts are what they are. You had a configuration problem on your site, it was not a plugin problem, it was a plugin configuration problem on your site.
A problem stemming from not knowing how to work I would say neither the plugin nor WooCommerce Subscriptions.
You hired me to configure everything right and that is the cost that I gave you at a reasonable price and as your problem was “URGENT” (in capital letters) I gave the priority you needed, I solved everything and your problem was solved.
Now you ask me for a discount on the invoice, quite some time later and as logically we can not make discounts to work done and agreed, as I tell you I can not do it because the company is not only mine on top, you misvalue the project.
I have never seen anything like this in my life.
