I’ve tried to update to various beta releases of LS6.1, as well as the official, but each time in the ensuing days we get reports from users of the inability to checkout on our WooCommerce store, the Stripe credit card section, which runs JS code to help prevent fraud/etc, becomes “dimmed out” and never comes back for them to enter their information. Rollilng back to the latest LS6.0 resolves the problem. We are also running LSCache if that matters, but again, it works with LS6.0, just not LS6.1.

Any thoughts on what I could look for to track this down and fix it?

[I had posted this in the LS support forum and was told it was a caching issue, so I am posting it here]

Not a cache issue, but possibly a cache plugin related issue. The cache plugin doesn’t cache anything. LiteSpeed LScache caches and is part of the web server.

This is maddening, support never came up with anything, although honestly I don’t know how hard they tried as there was no interaction, questions, clarification, nothing, just a “not out problem” response.

It still happens every time I try a release in the 6.1 series, but again, only for some very small number of users with no discernible pattern. The Stripe Checkout fields in WooCommerce just go fuzzy with a spinning wheel for them when they enter their zip code (based on the most recent report, others have just said they couldn’t enter payment information).
