Unnecessary JS enqueue

    The plugin enqueues the mollieBlockIndex.min.js file even though it is not required.

    This file should only enqueue at checkout since the payment gateway should only run on this page.

    Although the file is small, each request counts for the performance of a website. And more being a JavaScript file.
