the simulator is not working on the product page

We checked your site and the simulator is present on the product page see below screenshot

on the variable page it is shown when the variation is selected

When no variation is selected it will show this message on the variation page

In the variable product, it works.

But can you test it on a simple product like this?

Do the following test:

Enter zip code 99300-000

And then change to CEP 95800-000

see if the results will change.

For here, it does not work, do not change the rules and values.

Products with variations work just fine.

But if the product is simple, it’s not working for me.

There is duplicate form field on your single product (because of the floating bottom bar) page that is causing the issue becuase of this duplicity of the form field it is sending the duplicate data from the single prodct page and due to which it is not able to chage post code

remove this copy of the form and it will work corectly

Do I need to completely disable the floating button?

sorry we dont know how you can stop it from duplicating the form you will have to check with the developer of the floating button

upgrade to v1.3.19 released today in this we have added the shortcode option

Go to Basic setting > Position of the calculator on product page

select option “Insert by shortcode [pi_shipping_calculator]”

and then you can add shortcode [pi_shipping_calculator] on product page
