Clicking on “Create Backup Now”, it stucks and do not create backup.

    Seems like your wp-content directory is not writable.

    Our plugin couldn’t create directory where backups would be saved due to permissions denied.

    Please adjust your wp-content permissions for proper directory owner and group, set the permissions to 755.

    Use chown and chmod command, contact your hosting provider if you’re not familiar with these commands (you can share URL to this topic with him, it should be clear for technician).
