• Dear Marek,

    I have been using your great gallery plugin for the last two years, however a last weeks were a nightmare, cannot keep gallery alive for more than 15-60 min. I am not sure is it caused by php newer version (I cannot use anymore 7.x – and had to migrate to 8.x+), any suggestion, or would you like me to send some log files for checking?

    Good morning Marek, after few weeks of investigations I ve got a reply:

    The ‘unknown error’ you were previously getting is now showing this error below :

    refresh token must be passed in or set as part of setAccessToken

    Apologies as we can’t seem to make out any sense to this error as well as this is coming from a 3rd party source or plugin from WP.

    Are you able to ask the plugin makers on this see what this error means? Thanks.

    I can guarantee though your wordpress server is healthy at the moment and no issues are seen.

    I have refreshed all tokens, secrets etc, the same issue

    Nothing from wp-error.logs, mostly deprecated function in php.

    I think other users have the same issue, at the moment I am using use-your-drive commercial plugin which is working fine over the weeks. If you want to have a look into it code let me know please, or you can download yourself.

    deleted img as logged with different account

    i have checked sites and added dns with google verification code, working already for 1hr ?? and stopped, refresh token msg

    Ive got also a reply from host provider: No worries Carlos, just let us know what the plugin author needs so we can help out further on the case as well, if requires changes or specific php modules we can review that see if we can apply it on our server but this hosting package you’re using should already be able to cater any wordpress site.

    Hi, you are not the only one reporting this recently, however, I haven’t quite figured out what causes this yet…

    I would suggest reinstalling the plugin to clean up all the tokens, trying to set the app as public and enabling debug logging (which also gives more details about the error).

    btw, which plugin are you using now? my one is:

    WP Cloud Plugin Use-your-Drive (Google Drive), maybe it will help Marek to sort out issues
