move wordpress to a new domain and hosting

  • I currently am using free wordpress for my blog. I want to continue using wordpress, but i would like to transfer my blog my new domain and hosting. I was wondering how to do this. from what i can tell i will need the wp-content folder for my blog. how do i access this file?
