Contect form not downloading content after submit

    Hi,
    We are created some forms by using your plugin.
    Form working as follows:
    Content needs to download after someone fills the form. Suddenly it’s not working. Thank you messages are received but content is not downloaded even if it present on our site. Also we are facing issue of captcha also.
    Also site is broken after updating plugin. Current version installed is
