    Hi @rosenkostadinov,

    This behavior is most-likely the result of an optimization in one of your caching/optimization plugins. I would start by purging the cache in all of those plugins.

    If that doesn’t help yet, I would recommend checking if you’re able to replicate the behavior when those plugins are temporarily de-activated from the site; if the behavior no longer occurs, this will tell you that one of the deactivated plugins was related.

    And then you can start re-enabling plugins, one-by-one, until the issue appears once more. This will tell you exactly which plugin caused it to occur, and you can then adjust the settings within that plugin to fix the issue. Possibly it’s related to a “CSS Optimization” in one of the caching plugins.

    Hope this helps to identify the culprit and resolve the issue.

    Kind regards, Jarno

    Apologize,

    Hello, I disabled these plugins for optimization of css. The problem is from your plugin, I made backup and back previous version, again appeared. Stop the plugin and the problem gone.

    How do you can help me?

    Hi @rosenkostadinov,

    Yes, because when you disable Complianz, the Cookie Banner isn’t added to your page anymore. And therefore the “X to close” doesn’t appear anymore either.

    But the actual problem, which is that something seems to remove the CSS that we add to hide the banner HTML before it has been fully loaded, is likely to be caused by an active optimization on your website.

    You can try manually re-adding the CSS that is applied to hide these elements, under Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

    .cmplz-hidden{display:none!important;}

    Kind regards, Jarno

    Hi @rosenkostadinov,

    Thanks for your feedback on this freely available plugin. With support of the community we can create a better plugin.

    What you’re describing is exactly what Jarno said, there’s some missing CSS. The website itself is not broken.

    This can be due to caching, I think it still might be, but you can try the following. Resave you cookie banner settings, styling. Or try adding the CSS above to Appearance – Customise – Additional CSS

    Regards Aert
