Appearance-> Menu — Administrators have different access

  • I had a web designer create my website for me and I’m looking to add new products to my menu in the appearance section of my dashboard. My web designer has put us both down as administrators however he seems to have more access and capabilities than I do to add new items. My menu items seems to be missing ‘Products’ ‘product categories’ and ‘product tags’.

  • Hi, the screenshots you provided are not viewable because you shared image paths of your PC which no one can view. Please use any image sharing platform to upload and share the screenshot with us. You can use prnt.sc to share the screenshots. Thanks
