    First of all, thank you for this great plugin, it worked fine for years until the 16th of January. Since then no reminders go out, except for the test emails. Neither manually nor automatically. I checked it with our email service provider and everything is working fine on their end. Thank you for your help

    Thank you for your response. Sadly, the cronjob working fine, the reminders are scheduled and marked as sent. Even when I send out the mamnually, but no reminder arrives.

    Thank you for your additional information.

    Please test the deliverability of your emails with this service:?https://www.mail-tester.com. It will generate a unique email address for you. You should then send a test email from our plugin settings?to that address and check the “score” of your email. Please let me know the score and share the link to the results page.

    Well it’s 7.7 and the link is https://www.mail-tester.com/test-1phzp9i4r&reloaded=1 . However, we use a mailing system where we can track the numbers of sent out emails and it is well below the average that is used to be when CR emails were working correctly.

    In the meantime I will try to change from wp cron to our hosting cron. They also say the cron job could be the problem. I will keep you updated, maybe it works. Just it looks like a though job.

    Okay, it was not the cron job. I rolled back to to 5.17 and it works perfectly again. I guess it’s conflicting with one of our plugins, but now it works, so I wait for the next update to find the conflict, maybe the problem resolves itself. Thank you for your time! Great plugin
