I am likewise having this issue with the plugin. Sometimes minutes apart, sometimes hours. Here is how the setting panel is configured:

Can you install WP Crontrol plugin?

And then go to wp-admin > Tools > Cron Events and take a full screenshot and send us.

Can you delete all crons of “wc_asre_send” and save all report settings again to create a new cron?
