I was testing in sandbox before making live but it is showing this error message:-

“As per Indian regulations, export transactions require a description. More info here: https://stripe.com/docs/india-exports“

After that, I enabled the live mode and it worked without any issues. Payment was successfully completed and the order was processed without any problems for transactions made outside of India.

Can you please help me to test in sandbox mode without any issues because it is working fine in live mode.

Hi,

To configure your Stripe account to offer your product/services to customers outside India, please be sure your account meets the following:

https://stripe.com/docs/india-accept-international-payments

For example, enable the 2-factor authentication via 3D Secure (3DS).

Be sure to enable export transactions, please refer to this section.

Is the issue still present on sandbox mode after that? Let us know what you find.

Yes, my account already meets requirements to sell outside India and I’m already selling on my website outside inside in USD. As I mentioned that live mode is working fine, I just can not use test mode if I activate test mode inside stripe plugin settings and make an order then it shows this error message:-

Hello @satindersingh,

I tried replicating this with and without an Indian test card, but every time the order passed with no issues.

You mentioned it works fine in Live mode, may I ask if this is the same site or a local host staging environment?

Could you also share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Instead of testing with Indian or International card, you should test with an Indian Stripe account + international card.
Yes in same site I just changed live mode to sandbox and it is not working while it was working in live mode, It did not replicate site.

Hi,

I could not see the completed list of installed plugins when checking the system status report.

I’d suggest to temporarily switch the site’s theme to Storefront, then disable all plugins except WooCommerce and Stripe, at this point, check again to see if the issue persists.

If not, you can reactivate the original theme and the plugins gradually one at a time, until you find what is causing the issue.

You can use the Meks Quick Plugin Disabler to help you remember what plugins you currently have active, so it’s easy to switch them back on.
