Additional conditions?

Hi. I need some additional display conditions and wonder if you can add them, either in the existing version or in a paid upgrade version. I’d like to make it easier to exclude certain products from the notices. For example, I have a custom taxonomy set up that is for admin only. WooCommerce sees the taxonomy and I can use it in several ways, and I’d like to be able to include/exclude conditions based on a tag in this custom taxonomy. That’s just one example but I can imagine other options, such as product quantity in cart combined with another tag.
