  • Hi @jamesosix ,

Cannot declare class ComposerAutoloaderInit47dfdbccdbe2c66869f4658d0723ed1a, because the name is already in use

This makes me think there’s a conflict somewhere.

So, first I’d suggest setting up a staging site so you can test for this. Many hosts provide a staging service, where you can do testing without affecting the live site. You can ask your host about this. If they don’t give you a staging site, you could try the WP Staging or Duplicator plugins:

    How to test for conflicts

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty theme.
    2. Try to reproduce the problem: If the problem is resolved, it’s a theme conflict. If not, continue to the next steps.
    3. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except JetpackCRM. You can do this manually or use a plugin to help (see below for this tool).
    4. Try to reproduce the problem again. If the problem is resolved, it’s a plugin conflict. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step.
    5. Reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
