i have contactform 7 on my website not sending to my email

    I have the lastest wp with woo commerce plugins. My theme is flatstone and contactform 7 came with that theme. The problem i have when I fill out the form for testing and the form did not end up in my email.. it there somewhere in the contactform 7 i am suppose to fill out? thank you
