How do I change the password?

    I think my blog is hacked or something. I can not login to my wordpress all of a sudden. Thank god I had made another id before and I could login with that one. How do I change my password for the other id?
    When I was trying to log in, I clicked forgot password and I got the password retreiving email but I could not understand anything written in it:

    Thats all that was there in the email. Please help me. I want to change my password..if nothing works then maybe I should just delete that user by logging in from other id. What should I do? Please help. thanks.
