The field does not appear on the checkout page

    I downloaded, installed and activated the plugin, then in settings I enabled its operation, however I cannot see the field on the checkout page.

    I use the Bloksy theme, and plugins; Blocksy Companion, Chat Button by GetButton.io (ex. WhatsHelp), LiteSpeed Cache, Otter – Page Builder Blocks & Extensions for Gutenberg, Stackable – Gutenberg Blocks, Transbank Webpay REST, WooCommerce, WPForms Lite, Yoast SEO and I already tried disabling one per one and all at the same time, however I still can’t see that field on the checkout page…
