UltimateMember integration missing and third party not working

    Issue 1
    UltimateMember integration is not shown in MC4WP->Integrations.
    Has it been removed? Because in the plugin description UltimateMember integration is mentioned in the list. Cant find it in the docs though.

    Issue 2
    When trying to use MC4WP->Integrations->Custom(for third party forms) within the UltimateMember register form, nothing happens submitting the form. Logging is set to “Everything” but nothing is logged as well.

    Mailchimp for WordPress: 4.9.1
    WordPress: 6.1.1
    PHP: 8.1.16

    The value attribute is missing from the checkbox.

    Can you make sure it has value=”1″ added to it?

    We had to look trough our own release notes, and actually there is a Ultimate Member integration, it works via the normal “Registration” integration settings.
