Error after clicking verification link

    Hi there,

    About 10% of our users receive an verification error message after clicking the verification link in their email. It says that they have to contact the admin/developer of the website. As mentioned this not happens to all our users but somehow it doesnt work smoothly for all of them.

    Is there anyway you can help us ?

    I am really sorry to know you are experiencing problems.

    Could you please go to the Advanced section of the plugin and set the Authenticate filter to "authenticate" filter and see if the issue persists?
