Accessing action APIs

    Hi, I am trying to call the oasis workflow APIs that are triggered on submitting to workflow, aborting workflow, and completing the workflow. I found the locations of the APIs and the functions that call them, but I can’t figure out how to call them from outside of wordpress, any help would be appreciated, thanks!
