    Staff was responsive to our initial problems with set-up and it works well on our website now.

    Hi there, I’m really sad to hear that you had a bad experience using our plugin.

    Poptin popups are set to show only once per day and wouldn’t appear again to visitors who have converted by default. You can configure your popups to show all the time on all pages, or other available options in the Display Frequency configuration under Display Rules.
