    Hey Jordy!

    Awesome work as usual.

I can’t seem to find the options for limits. I’ve switched statistics on in my settings and now it says “limit reached” for all non-logged in users. Where can I adjust limits or view these settings? In your FAQ there seems to be a UI for this but I can’t seem to find it.

I’m primarily using the chatbot in this instance – can I add limits via the shortcode?

  • Jordy, I need to be on payroll. Do you need US support? (kidding). It’s under the Statistics tab in the pro version @benjiswart. You can give specific roles unlimited or turn it off completely.

I am not even kidding, I have been looking for someone to handle the support for years ?? Thing is I value the feedback of my users, so replying by myself allow me to understand what’s missing or obscure in my plugins, write better tutorials, and brainstorm new features. If I hire someone, I would need reports based on the support so that I can improve everything even if I am not looking at it as much.

Also, it requires skills in programming, debugging, and using all my plugins.

Not easy ?? But yeah, at some point, I’ll have to find a way. I have currently 100 messages, and a lot of programming to do, and I can’t do both (but whatever my choice is here, I’ll make people frustrated, as well as myself hahah).

Don’t even worry about it. All you can do is the best you can do and some people will love that and some people like that and some people will hate that.

That’s simple truth based off of owning 4 companies over the last 15 years and counting. It’s the hardest thing to learn but it’s the only way forward.

No one will ever be as good at you at providing those answers, and that’s ultimately the job of the boss is to feed the business. So your goal has to be to hire a developer so you can keep feeding the business and innovating.

At that point you start working for your employees and your employees work for the customers and the whole thing becomes an amazing circle with you feeding it.
