The Events Calendar as menu item all categories

    I am using The Events Calendar 6.0.9 free version. Two questions. (1) Appearance > Menus > Add Menu items: Event Categories > Select All gives me two menu items, one for each of my two categories. I want a single menu item that displays all categories. How do I get this? (2) Calader display is “Events > Category1”. Clicking on Events gives all events. How can user select the category to display?
