How to Exclude Featured Images?

Hello, is it possible to exclude featured images from being converted to WebP?

We share a lot of our content on social media, and are having trouble with our featured images not being displayed since Facebook, LinkedIn, etc do not allow WebP images.

Or, is it possible to change the URLs of the images so they don’t include webp when being shared?
