Bad xmlrpc.php file – how to fix it?

    as you will see:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare logio() (previously declared in /home/popple/public_html/popple/web/xmlrpc.php:86) in /home/popple/public_html/popple/web/xmlrpc.php on line 3524

    I am trying to setup wordpress for android and it needs this file to work.

    How can I fix it or replace it? (I don’t even understand what this file is/does – I don’t want to mess up my site)
