Address field now working

Hi the address friled is not working corectly and before you ask yes i have followed the google api key install guide i ahve installed a lot of api keys and i know i did it correctly

the problem i have is

1. it wont let me add manual address in DM
2. when i list a propertya nd click address es then try to search for the addres it show some wierd symbols ( see image below)
