I updated the website plugins via Updraft Central. The update failed and now it is not possible to update plugins even from WordPress. Always the website shuts down for a long time and then reports that the update failed. It is not even possible to install a new plugin. When you try to install the plugin, you get a message that the update failed. Can you advise how to fix it?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

You can delete/disable the plugin via FTP. To do this, navigate to the “wp-content/plugins” directory. Find the folder for the plugin you want to disable.Rename the folder by adding “-disabled” or any other name at the end of the folder name. For example, if you want to disable the plugin “example-plugin”, you can rename the folder to “example-plugin-disabled”. Refresh your WordPress site and the plugin should now be disabled.

    Thanks,
    Bryle
