Hi!

When the users of my page want to update their profiles, the “update” button does not work. After clicking the button, the cursor turns into a red circle crossed by a line. I have tried all the solutions present in the forum but none worked.

First look in your Browser Web Console if you have any JavaScript errors.

Second You may have a conflict with your Theme or another Plugin.

Have you tried to deactivate your “Forminator” plugin
and tested if the UM Profile update is working?

i had perform this plugin/theme conflict test, there is no issue in this. All the plugin and theme is compatible with each other.

You can enable PHP error logging, read this guide: “How to enable debug logging”

You will probably get a PHP log file with notices and errors in /wp-content/debug.log when you press the update profile button.

Post the content of this file here in the Forum and we can give you a PHP error explanation.
