Facebook Like Button sometimes shows up & some times NOT

I am running & testing my wordpress locally, however, the Facebook Like Button sometimes shows up & some times NOT !!! it is so random that in each refresh I either get it or not. I am clearing my browser cache often & as I am testing locally, I have not installed any cache plugin … any clue ?!

P.s: Firefox seems to work fine most of the time with it, the problem is happening with chrome. so I’m not sure if the problem occurs from my side or not. but even if it’s cache or the browser setting, what’s the deal with not showing it up sometimes?
