Messed up all my permalinks, resulting in 404 errors

  • Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please share your site URL? If our plugin is the culprit then surly we can fix it.

    sorry, you probably misunderstood, our plugin doesn’t do anything with permalink settings, it’s probably 3rd party plugin issue.

    All the custom post type links were changed to

    site.com/post-grid-layout/post-name

    instead of

    site.com/my-custom-post-type/post-name

    So i instantly de-activate the plugin and the issue was fixed.

    Hi Ali, From your WordPress dashboard, go to Settings => Permalinks and click on save. You don’t have to change anything. Just save the changes, and this will regenerate your permalink.
