    Hi,

    I updated Complianz, redid the configuration process, but I get a blank placeholder instead of the map on all my websites. None have any specific functionalities…

    Thank you for your help

    I might be lacking a bit of info… I’m getting ‘Loading the Google Maps JavaScript API without a callback is not supported’ error

    Hi @chapselle,

    Could you try adding this;

    setTimeout(function(){
    cmplz_divi_init_map();
    }, 500 );

    To the script center, like this:

    Let me know!

    Thank you for your response. It in fact… didn’t work… It appears that the new update also messes up the page layout. When I deactivate Complianz, the page goes back to normal.

    Hello @chapselle,

    I don’t see the script that @aahulsebos provided added to your page yet.

    Could you show us a screenshot of what you have currently entered under Complianz > Integrations > Script Center > Add a third-party script?

    Kind regards, Jarno

    Hi,

    Yes, since it didn’t work, I deleted it. I put it back when I saw your msg though.

    Complianz is also messing with my page layout so I’ve been trying out other plugins… but I’d much rather keep Complianz to be honest. I just need these issues fixed

    Thank you for your help

    Hi @chapselle,

    Can you confirm that you currently have @aahulsebos’s suggestions added to the Script Center, and if so, can you please attach a screenshot of what you have currently configured there?

    Kind regards, Jarno

    Hi, yes I’ve added it. I had linked a screenshot, for some reason, I can’t seem to send a jpg… sorry !
    Screenshot

    On the screenshot, it appears I haven’t activated the script, but I have !

    Hi @chapselle,

    That is very strange, because I’m afraid that this script is still nowhere to be found on your page. It still seems like it’s deactivated somehow.

    But when I add the code on my testing site and activate the slider, it immediately appears in the page source:

    Is it possible that the slider on your end did get deactivated somehow? Or is there any caching/optimization active that might affect this?

    Kind regards, Jarno

    I use Wp-optimize but I emptied the cache. I also tried deactivating it. The map appeared briefly, then disappeared when I refreshed the page. The map only consistantly reappears when I deactivate Complianz…

    I checked and the script is active

    FYI, it seems to have worked on echographie-mortagne.fr/contact, but I have other websites on which is hasn’t worked chapselle.fr/contact for example.

    Hi @chapselle,

    I can see that the script has now been correctly added, and the Google Maps work again when testing on my end. Both on the /contact/ and /honoraires/ pages.

    I’ve recorded a short video of the current behaviour: https://gyazo.com/4dcc2828c3555700afb253d7e5cf0a26

    Wow ! You went above and beyond by recording a video. Thank you !
    So it turns out that the issue is with the caching option on wp-optimize. When I emptied the cache, the map briefly reappeared then disappeared. So I deactivated the cache option and everything works again. Even the layout issues.

    Thank you so much for your help, I would never have figured out without you !

    Hi @chapselle,

    Great, we’re glad to hear about this. Thank you for sharing your solution!

    I will mark the thread as resolved, but let us know if any further questions about the plugin arise.

    Kind regards, Jarno
