download pdf – mobile – page 404

    The system works correctly from desktop while from mobile it has a problem. Overall everything works except the direct download of the pdf from the page. If the user sends the data from the form and clicks the download link, this takes him to the 404 page (mobile only). Everything else works. What can be the cause? Thanks a lot for the help.

    I’ve managed to test it out in response to your ticket and I was unable to see any functionality issues

    And we developed pdf feature that runs uniquely for all device. There’s no separate functionality for mobile device.
    Can you please check the setting, maybe you have enabled the attachment delete option

    Also if link doesn’t work can be result of pdf doesn’t exist to that URL path, Pdf might have been deleted

    Do I need to check the site settings? Correct? Because the plugin does not have these settings (the attachment delete option).

    I did some checks.

    1.the file is saved on the site (media), it is not deleted, it has a related link that works correctly from all devices if I send it.

    2. the link connected to the Download (after completing the form) is not the same link as the attachment

    On troubleshooting , we found there was no issue with Generate pdf plugin
    Caching plugin is causing this issue on mobile device

    We tested form on mobile device for your site

    And we disabled 2 options from total cache which was causing the issue.
