    Card and Revolut payments usually work, but I just experienced an order with card payment which failed with a payment error but in the Revolut app I can see that the payment is authorized. This is especially problematic if automatic capturing is enabled.

    The errors shown in the Woocommerce order admin page are (both directly after each other):

    • First “Order status changed from Awaiting Payment to Failed.”
    • Then “Customer attempted to pay, but the payment failed or got declined. (Error: Something went wrong while completing this payment. Please try again.)”

    I hope something can be done about it, at least that one does not end up in such an inconsistent state (order failed but payment authorized (or even captured)).

    Could you please share the email address that you used when registering for our Revolut Business account so that I might check what happened to that particular transaction?

    Also, I would need the date and amount of the transaction in order to be able to identify it in our system and analyse it.
