    Hi,

I just completed the wizard and installed the shortcode on a custom Cookie policy page. But the mail address (which you fill in on the wizard for the site information) is showing in reversed redro on the front-end.

Hope you have a fix for it.

    Thanks in advance.

Also checked it on other websites and it seems to be a general bug.

Is the document.min.css or the document-grid.min.css loading? You can check this by looking in the source html for these strings.

To prevent spam, the email is reversed, and is reversed again with css. If the css is missing, it shows reversed.

    Hi Rogier,

Thanks for your prompt response, even on Sunday.

No, both files are not loaded. So, that must be the issue. Any idea how to solve it?

    Thanks again!

Is there any caching on the page that could prevent these from loading? Please try deactivating/clearing the caches.

It’s also possible the plugin doesn’t detect that it’s a Complianz page. You can try to remove the shortcode, save, and add it again.

If you’re using Gutenberg: remove the block, and add it again.

Did you recently switch from classic to Gutenberg?

The problem is solved by replacing the shortcode element I used in the Bricksbuilder pagebuilder with a post content element and the shortcode in Gutenberg.

    Thanks!
