How to add menu under banner image

  • Sorry in advance, I can’t provide my website because it’s not uploaded yet.

    I want to know how to add a horizontal menu under my banner image, much like the Twenty Ten theme. I’m totally clueless on CSS, PHP, and HTML–I found the “Menu” section in the Twenty Ten style.css file and tried copying it into my own css, but obviously, it didn’t work.

    ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!! I’ll try to provide all possible additional info if anyone needs it.

    Oh, and I already looked at the Horizontal Menu doc provided by WordPress…but it didn’t really help.

    that makes it near impossible … particular after you admitted that you tried copy/paste already.

    what theme are you using at the moment?

    maybe someone has already added a menu to that theme, and might be able to offer a solution.
