After new install login just refreshes

The problem is every time i go to log in and put in my credentials once i hit log in or press enter the page just refreshes. Even if i try an incorrect password i get nothing saying bad password it just resets the page. So now i have a blog on my website at https://www.wearebroke.com/brokeblog but i can not log into it to edit it.
Any ideas on this. This is my first wordpress blog or blog of any kind and I have deleted everything from my host and reinstalled twice. Any ideas?
