email not sent

    Email not sent using contact form 7. Default Delivery Format is set to “both”. When I fill in the contact form on the page I can download the document directly from the page, but no e-mail is sent. In contact form 7 I use [email* your-email] as required on your manual. On the page I use [email-download download_id=”1599” contact_form_id=”1591”]

    Please help!

    addition: contact form 7 DOES send the email to the owner of the website, but EBD does NOT send the email with the download to the person completing the form

    Hi @benschopmartijn17,
    We are using standard WP php functions to send emails. So if it’s not working, try looking in wp configuration. You might want to consider using one of the WP SMTP plugins to resolve the issue.
