    Hi,

    I am having issues with Stripe where payments succeeded prompts aren’t being received by the website and after an hour it is setting the payment to pending or cancelled. I have a log for an example and I can’t see any issue in it. The webhooks and integration are connected fine, I am unsure what the issue is. It seems to happen every 5 customers are so. I can send you the log but it has the customer’s info on it so would prefer to send it privately.

    Sorry to hear you’re losing orders over this issue.

    Can you please attach the following?

    • A screenshot of order notes where this happened, you can use Snipboard.
    • A copy of your system status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.

    You can redact any sensitive information from the logs above before posting them here.

    I have this issue too! It’s happened with 2 payments already. Can I get support in this Thread or should I open a new one?

    We are also having this issue and seems to be caused by update to the latest woocommerce gateway stripe. This has happened 10-20 times since Feb 11th.
