Issue with ACF Field / Custom Posts

    Hi,

    Filter is working very nice when using ACF Fields that are “Text”

    Somehow, I am facing troubles with using ACF Fields like:

    • Select
    • Checkbox
    • Checkbox with “Allow and save Custom Values”

    The Values are displayed in the Filter – but when clicking on the checkbox to filter something – there will be 0 Results.

    Also I wonder, how to delete old data – like non used tags, or old custom field entries – sometimes it is giving an error. (it says – xxx is already used – when its not)

    Thank you for your interest in Filter Everything plugin.

    Here you can find the list with the supported ACF field types – https://demo.filtereverything.pro/example/acf/

    But also you have to specific know feature of ACF fields that if you changed type of already existing ACF field, you also have to update all posts/products that contain any value of this field. Otherwise, the data in the Custom fields of these posts may be mixed up and they can not be filtered correctly until they will be updated. In general I do not recommend you to change type of ACF fields, but it is better to create a new ones.
