Total-Soft Portfolio Loading Issue

    Hello,
    We are using the ‘Portfolio’ plugin by Total Soft. When I go to edit ‘Portfolio 1’ under ‘General Options’ > ‘Site Titles’, the page only just keeps loading but does not open up an edit page. Have tried Chrome and Firefox and allowed for a loading time of 15 mins too but to no avail. Need some guidance on how to resolve this.
