Total Paid rounded incorrectly

    Hi. We noticed that the value “total_paid” is saved to the DB incorrectly rounded. For example, the value “total_price” is saved with 5 digits after the comma, but “total_paid” have only 2 digits after the comma and seems like a cut (didn’t round). See Screenshot1 . Regarding this, we have a problem with the cell “Due” always having 0,01 in the result, but should have 0,00. See Screenshot2 .

    Can you please check why is this values are saved in DB incorrectly and can you fix this issue?

    Thank you for a message.

    Firstly, make sure that the tax rates are correctly configured in your shop. To avoid differences between the order amount and the invoice, you should: enter product prices as net amounts, enter them with four decimal places, e.g. a gross amount of Euro 16 with 23% tax will result in a net amount of Euro 13.0081.


    Also enter prices for shipping as net amounts with four decimal places. Please remember that by default, shipping prices are always given as net when taxes are enabled!


    If the above methods do not help, you can try entering prices with more decimal places. Or choose a price at which no rounding differences occur.
