Form submissions coming through as raw HTML code

    I have WPForms (free edition) installed on two sites, one using the Kadence theme and this one using hte Eduma theme. The Kadence one works fine but submissions to the Eduma one are coming through to my email as raw HTML / CSS code instead of being formatted legibly.

    The settings are exactly the same (with the exception of some of the text fields) on both sites AFAICS.

    Can anyone suggest what might be causing this, and how I can fix it?

    Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the incorrect email format that you see?

    Also, could you please check the format of the email Template as shown here?

    Thanks for responding.

    But I’ve discovered that the problem was with my email client (Thunderbird) as I was looking at emails that previously appeared formatted but now were also showing as raw code. I’m not aware of having changed any settings but somehow the View > Message Body setting had been changed from HTML to plain text. Now fixed.
