Internal Server Error 500 in activate

    hi all
    i have wpmu 3.0.1
    every thing good

    but users tell me that they have problem in singup
    it’s in activate
    it’s show this

    i have disable all plugins but it’s still have 500 error
    any one can help ?

    the problem becaus i have creat asubdomain with this name befor install WPMU
