Can not create product feed. It keep loading when I select catalog

I’m having the same issue, I can’t edit my feed to include new products or categories.

When I click on “Edit” the page just keeps loading.

Thank you for contacting us.
Did you update the plugin to the latest version?
Did you installed the plugin new or was it previously working correctly?

Do you have feeds that are in processing que?
If so please click the “clear feed process” button in the settings page of our plugin.

If this all did not change anything please try and regenerate the feed and check the Browser console for any error. let me know what you find.

Could you please check the following:

1. Open the Feed List page
2. Click with the right mouse button somewhere on the page and choose the “Inspect” option from the menu
3. You should get an extra window now that shows you some more info on the page.
4. Then open the failing Edit Feed page and see if you get an error message in that new window. If so, please let me know what error message you are getting.

Are you getting the waiting-wheel symbol only after you selected a Default Category, or also at the moment you opened the Edit Feed page?

Also, could you show me a screenshot of the upper part of the error console so I can see if there was an earlier error message shown?

Hi Michel, I found that my colleague’s computer can load normally. But Mine can not load the catagory maps and save button.

And I am getting the waiting-wheel symbol only after I selected a Default Category

And I had try to clean cookies but do nothing to solve this issue

Thanks for the additional info. I found the cause of the issue. One of the javascript files has not been minified correctly in the last update.

We will release a patch later this day.

@michel-jongbloed has found the cause of the problem and sent me an updated version. This updated version is online and you should get a notice that there is an update for our plugin.

Please update your plugin and let us know if that has solved the issue completely.
