• While this plugin is somewhat useful, for our specific use case it is not useful at all.

The plugin cannot update the Marketing Status of a given contact with a valid email address. Premium support is not willing to help, and states things that contradict the developer documentation from Pipedrive.
I do not recommend to purchase the premium version. Support is negligent and short-answered. It is clear to me that they do not care about educating or helping the customer.

EDIT: Updated my review to 5 stars after the issue was fixed by the developer.

It is not plugin’s issue , neither anyone(Zapier etc) can fix it, it is general GDPR rule for all (pipedrive , mailchimp etc) , we can not update “Marketing Status” of existing contact , it works for new contacts only

Yes, this is true for Pipedrive. However, your plugin does not update the status for new contacts. It just doesn’t work.

It is not possible , this feature is fully tested by many users

Did you set correct status in feed ? send me screenshot of log detail , submit ticket here https://www.crmperks.com/contact-us and replicate this issue on our demo site

I already did send a support request and it was disregarded as “something other clients complain about and that it is a working feature”. But, in fact, it is not a working feature. I tried several times to send the feed for new contacts, and the marketing status would not change. It always sends as “no_consent” and Pipedrive already said that the Marketing Status can be sent via API. Your plugin just doesn’t work for this use case (sending Marketing Status of “subscribed” for new contacts).

if you check API docs, Marketing Status is a field like other fields

When you set Marketing Status as “custom value” in feed , plugin was not sending correct value , we have fixed it , Proof https://i.imgur.com/p9C9ryX.png

Thanks for fixing it! I just tested it and it works. I just wished support would have listened to my report in the first place instead of disregarding it, but I do appreciate the attention placed upon this matter.
